Now how come we didn’t hear about this? This is great news for Bill Flores!

And I know a thing or two about homeschooling – we’ve been homeschooling for ten and a half years. (I know, that scares some lurkers)

Now, I have issues with a lot of homeschooling organizations, attitudes and culture, and the HSLDA is not immune to my criticisms, but then again, I want a perfect world.

In the long run, the HSLDA is a good group o’ folks.

Caption Contest – What WIll Chet Edwards Say About Bill Flores’ Condescension?

Okay, I have several articles I am working on but they won’t be published for a few days, so thought I’d give you something fun to play with.

What would your caption be for this?

Something about “regular folks” just hits wrong when you are trying to relate to the voter, you know? Reminiscent of when BP Chairman Carl-Henric Svanberg angered many Gulf coast residents when he said the giant oil company cares “about the small people.”

But Bill said this before then. And doesn’t speak Swedish as his native language (I think Texan is his native tongue, but you wouldn’t know it reading this).

“Regular folks” sounds more Country Club Republican than Ronald Reagan Conservative to me…but t’s your caption. You have your say…
