I was called out by someone who thinks I have compromised my principles by weeping for this victory. They think I am a single-issue voter (Right To Life) and thought they had caught me in a lie.

I did not think I needed to address the obvious flaws in Mr. Brown's politics...they are all over the news. In fact, my post was not about the Senator's victory, it was about the victory of our system of government, as I believe I clearly stated at the end of my post. It is for this that I wept. Was it not obvious enough when I said:

"Today, in Massachusetts, a shot was heard around the world, 234 years after the first one was fired in that same colony on a bridge near Concord. Each marking the beginning of a fight against despotism."

I thought that was clear and that it simply clarified what I said a few sentences earlier:

"The last time I cried when praying over the fate of our country..."

Which would mean this time I was doing what? That's right...crying while praying over the fate of our country.

Exactly where in this post do I say Mr. Brown is a conservative, is our guy, is anything near a conservative? Hello? McFly?

So let's be clear - Scott Brown is no Conservative. He is a Liberal, Massachusetts made. I will support his conservative rival in the next election.

What he has done is put a stop to the insane spiraling out of control of the left's intent to take over 1/6th of the American economy and send chronically ill people like me home with a pain pill to die.

This would be why I encouraged Conservatives not to rest.

So, if you want to accuse me of something, do two things:

1) Do it publicly;
2) RTFP

Yes, it was a liberal who attacked me and not the idea or the belief. He thought he had me, but hadn't done his homework. He called me names, instead of going after the idea or presenting facts.

That, class, is how you know when you've won an argument with a liberal.

The only sad thing about the whole affair is this person is a friend of mine.
